Ordered a shed. Told the ground is wet…totally dry . It’s bone dry. Been told it’s raining. Not in my area was then told Tuesday five days from now with rain everyday in the forecast. Owner talk to be like your stupid. Sent photos of dry ground and was then threatened that the machine will get stuck. So they had plans to turf my yard because they didn’t feel like doing their job on a Friday.

I purchased my shed here and needed it moved 2.5 miles. We were scheduled for last week and got cancelled on last minute. I sent multiple messages with no response. They scheduled me for the next week “first thing in the morning” but again, no confirmations, no responses. I finally called the cell number I found on their Facebook page and he was nasty to me off bat. Then said someone would call me.. an hour later someone called and cancelled on me at noon. This is the second vacation day my husband has taken to be here for this. To not even check your schedule the day before and confirm is such poor business and zero consideration for others time. I called the cell number again and nicely asked if there was anything we could do today since this is the second time we took off work for the move and he immediately treated me like garbage. But said I was rude. I highly doubt he would’ve spoken to my husband like he spoke to me.. there was no resolution. A lot of places won’t move the shed unless you bought it there but use a different mover if you can find one. We’ve been very kind to them and I was understanding the first time. I’ve sent multiple people to this business for sheds but will never again. I own my own business too and would never dream of speaking to my customers like this.
