Keen built us a workshop a year ago and today we stopped by to price out a lean-to. Joey was a tremendous help and incredibly patient as we kept adding things on. We have loved everything about Keens since we stepped in the door!!

Spoke with Wayne today and bought a beautiful shed. Very friendly and price could not be beat. Definitely recommend coming here.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs any kind of building. Great, amazing prices and monthly payment options. The best customer service and knowledgeable service I've ever encountered. Delivery and set up avaliable. As well as building on site for larger accommodation. All about the customer and satisfaction. Great products and reasonable pricing!!!! The paper work does not even take that long and your ready to go.

Had a custom shed built from Keens. The online custom builder tool makes it super simple to create what you want. Mike & Joey made the communication simple & sweet. They answered every question & were prompt with their emails/calls. They stayed on top of everything which made the experience even easier & hassle free. They were friendly & polite as well. We drove onto the lot to check out the various models. No high pressure salesperson came out to bother us. Very refreshing. Then we went inside and talked to a very nice gentleman that knew his stuff. After listening carefully to what we wanted in a building he had some suggestions. He took us outside to show us several potential options. We agreed on the model that would best fit our needs. We left a deposit and the building arrived 4 days later. The installers were friendly and professional and got the job done. This building was tied tied and us rated for 180 mph winds! We expect many years of service from thus building.

Wayne was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. He communicated clearly, was extremely friendly. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was done right and that I was completely satisfied. It’s hard to find someone this dependable and easy to work with these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wayne to anyone looking for quality service.

We had a great experience working with Eric on our shed purchase. We were struggling to find something that fit our specific size needs, but he helped us customize the perfect solution for our space, including colors and window placement. The process was efficient and stress-free—no upselling, just honest guidance and helpful recommendations based on his experience, especially with door positioning and sizing. Now we’re just waiting on delivery—looking forward to seeing it come together. We’ll update with photos once it arrives!

We just got our awaited greenhouse delivered! The crew that delivered it was professional and courteous. The location where we wanted the greenhouse placed was in a difficult spot in my garden. The crew assessed the challenges and placed it. I could not be anymore pleased and satisfied. I’m horrible with names and I wished I could give them kudos directly! Hopefully they know who they are! Thank you again!

GREAT customer service from beginning to end. Mr. Pat at the lot remembered every detail I told him, walked me through the process, made helpful suggestions, and stayed in communication. There were no delays and everything was just as I was promised. Mr. Walker's delivery was impressive. He can back a very long trailer with a mobile building like no other! I had a space opened up but I live under a bunch of trees. He somehow managed to miss all of the trees and not run over a couple of gardenias I transplanted last year and I totally was prepared to and expected to lose during this but they are still standing. The delivery was seamless, and again with great customer service. Very friendly making certain everything was just as I wanted it. They even helped me move my ramp next to the building. I'd highly recommend again and again.

Annie has made our Keen's experience really great so far! There are no pushy sales tactics here - you can roam the lot and look at all the buildings on site without being disrupted. Also Annie helped us make adjustments that fit into our budget and sent us the new quote via email. Plus she's familiar with current building code requirements and knows experienced concrete contractors in the area. Their prices are competitive and they even offer financing - and rent-to-own projects. Thank you, Annie for making our building experience both positive and efficient!

We visited the site and were able to see a fully constructed 30×40 metal building in person. We worked with Annie throughout the design process, and even with a few changes along the way, she was always helpful and accommodating. Our own 30x60 building is scheduled to begin construction in the next couple of weeks once the permits are finalized. We’re looking forward to working with Keen Building—and with Annie—through the rest of this project.

What I great experience!!! DJ and the Keen's Building team were so helpful and very patient with us we muddled our way through the variance and permitting process. We shopped around for a long time for a company we could trust and I'm glad we did. Even though we are Winter Haven and they are in Dade City, the entire process was seamless, and the lines of communication were always open! Thanks so much!!!

Won’t find a better place if you need a building for storage. Went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. Delivery was easy and quick and I definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a portable storage building.

A very good place to do business with. Very pleasant in person and on the phone. They explain a lot about what your purchasing, work with you in getting what you need with pricing and things. A very good communicator, calls you to let you know when building is being delivered. Just very efficient. You need a shed/building/carport whatever, call them as they are great!!

1 star for fast turn around time and another for quality work. Could've been 5 but I don't enjoy being lied to so I spend my money. We were clearly told "the electrical has a Pigtail you just plug right into a cord." Now we need conduit, wire, and an electrician. Will be shopping tomorrow for another building manufacturer.

I am always pleased when doing business with Keen’s Buildings. Five stars for pricing, quality and customer service!! I’ve purchased 3 buildings and am planning my 4th. I’ve purchased a 12’ x 30’ building for a dog kennel, a 25’ x 35’ steel garage and a 10’ x 24’ building for our quail and chickens. Each building was custom designed to fit our needs by Mike Munce. Don’t wait! Your dream building is calling you!

When we went in to order our garage, Wayne told us 5-7 weeks..ended up being a day or 2 short of 3 months! The concrete company "Mr. Johnny" had excuse after excuse on when he was coming, no communication from him at all. Paid cash for the ramps to the garage, asked for and was told his wife would email me a receipt, that didn't happen. As I didn't have Mr.Johnny's phone #, I called Wayne to follow up on it. Wayne wanted to know if I wanted the receipt for tax purposes, not his business to know.... Later Wayne told me that it would be mailed to me. Waited 2 weeks, still no receipt, called Wayne again, was given Johnny's phone number, called and asked, week later STILL no receipt... The building it self is great, the install workers were punctual and professional, sad the rest of the job was such a schamazzel! Definitely recommend the buildings but certainly not the supplier or his sub contractor Mr. Johnny's.
