We drove onto the lot to check out the various models. No high pressure salesperson came out to bother us. Very refreshing. Then we went inside and talked to a very nice gentleman that knew his stuff. After listening carefully to what we wanted in a building he had some suggestions. He took us outside to show us several potential options. We agreed on the model that would best fit our needs. We left a deposit and the building arrived 4 days later. The installers were friendly and professional and got the job done. This building was tied tied and us rated for 180 mph winds! We expect many years of service from thus building.

Thank you so much Annie for all your hard work and patience of our beautiful design carport absolutely can't wait for the install. Would give them 10 Stars if it was available. This is a place that you can trust and the price is just right not overpriced like most places I dealt with. Keep up the good work.

Annie has made our Keen's experience really great so far! There are no pushy sales tactics here - you can roam the lot and look at all the buildings on site without being disrupted. Also Annie helped us make adjustments that fit into our budget and sent us the new quote via email. Plus she's familiar with current building code requirements and knows experienced concrete contractors in the area. Their prices are competitive and they even offer financing - and rent-to-own projects. Thank you, Annie for making our building experience both positive and efficient!

We visited the site and were able to see a fully constructed 30×40 metal building in person. We worked with Annie throughout the design process, and even with a few changes along the way, she was always helpful and accommodating. Our own 30x60 building is scheduled to begin construction in the next couple of weeks once the permits are finalized. We’re looking forward to working with Keen Building—and with Annie—through the rest of this project.

What I great experience!!! DJ and the Keen's Building team were so helpful and very patient with us we muddled our way through the variance and permitting process. We shopped around for a long time for a company we could trust and I'm glad we did. Even though we are Winter Haven and they are in Dade City, the entire process was seamless, and the lines of communication were always open! Thanks so much!!!
