I typically do not leave negative reviews for businesses but this one is the exception. We purchased a large carport less than a year ago from this company and it was coming apart within months. I reached out to get help and they said there was nothing they could do. Then I simply wanted to get an installer that would put the building back together and the gentleman said that is done out of Ocala and they have nothing to do with it and would not provide me a number to call. Mind you, this was just to pay an installer to repair their inferior product. I stated basically you do not care in which the gentleman agree that he did not care. I’m done! I added pics of the inferior welds that were breaking. This was before any hurricanes, so this is not storm damage. I would not purchase their product due to the inferior quality and the customer service is worse.

First-class experience, as we've never purchased a shed this size before. Mr. Dean Wilk explained the quality control of the Superior Sheds and detailed the installation and permitting process within my respective county. The shed installer technicians were courteous and did a phenomenal job leveling and anchoring down my shed in my yard. They took great care not to damage my lawn and plants. I was adamant about a specific area where I wanted the shed and the installation crew accommodated my requests effortlessly. I recommend Sheds-N-More whole heartedly as they offered excellent customer service, discounted rates, top notch installation and prepared all pertinent documents for the permitting process. Dean of Superior Sheds went out of his way to assist my wife and I with selecting the perfect shed for our needs. He helped us from beginning to end. We selected the shed we wanted, he wrote up our order and explained the entire process to us. We left a small deposit, he prepared all our permit paperwork and gave us directions on where to take it. The permit paperwork was processed and approved in less than three weeks. Our shed was delivered and leveled within days of our permit approval. Even after the delivery, Dean helped us procure a ramp for our shed. We couldn’t be happier with his awesome customer service, professionalism and the perfect shed to meet our needs.
