Keen built us a workshop a year ago and today we stopped by to price out a lean-to. Joey was a tremendous help and incredibly patient as we kept adding things on. We have loved everything about Keens since we stepped in the door!!

Had a custom shed built from Keens. The online custom builder tool makes it super simple to create what you want. Mike & Joey made the communication simple & sweet. They answered every question & were prompt with their emails/calls. They stayed on top of everything which made the experience even easier & hassle free. They were friendly & polite as well. I am always pleased when doing business with Keen’s Buildings. Five stars for pricing, quality and customer service!! I’ve purchased 3 buildings and am planning my 4th. I’ve purchased a 12’ x 30’ building for a dog kennel, a 25’ x 35’ steel garage and a 10’ x 24’ building for our quail and chickens. Each building was custom designed to fit our needs by Mike Munce. I purchased a pole barn from Joey Farace with Keen's Buildings in Masaryktown for $10,000. He was very responsive in the beginning but that all changed after they were paid in full. The facts are as follows. They were a no show on the day they told me they were coming to install the pole barn. The subcontractor said they let Joey know they couldn't make it but he never called me to let me know. I lost a day of work because I wanted to be here when they did the install. When they did come to install the pole barn I wasn't able to take the day off work. When I got home the first thing that stood out was that they had installed it incorrectly. It was to be 8 feet high at the eaves but it is much higher. At 8 feet it would have been the same height as my roof and follow my roof line. This would have given it a much more "blended " look with my house. Now it just looks like a giant structure towering my home. Joey told me that I should have known this is how it would be installed by the placement of the posts which were done the week prior. I'm an air conditioning technician, not a pole barn builder. I had no idea. He said I'm stuck with it and maybe they would give me a gable end facing the street as compensation after which he request the final payment. My mistake but I paid them in full at this point. Big surprise, no gable and no more contact from Keen's buildings. It is a quality building but the installation is not what purchased and is unacceptable. This sales person is unprofessional and gives a bad look to this company.
