Update: 01/30/26 … Thanks to Patrick B. for his prompt response and assistance in getting us our refund today. Greatly appreciate his help in this matter. **************************** Purchased 2 sheds in early 2025 through Sylvia had no problems, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Placed a recent order, December 2025 just before the Christmas holidays, and gave our required deposit. On 01/16/26, contacted Keen’s there was an issue with our slab, requested a refund. On 01/18/26 we drove to the Chiefland Office and spoke with Pat Donovan directly to confirm order was canceled and he confirmed it was, and that Corporate would issue a refund in 2 weeks. On 01/21/26 we received an email from the Building Manufacturer stating the order was about to be processed, and we informed them that the order was cancelled on 01/16, they stated that they were NOT notified the order was cancelled, and they emailed Mr. Pat Donovan (CC’d us on that email) requesting an reply from Mr Donovan confirming order cancellation. Also, called Live Oak Corporate Office and we were told that we had to deal with the Chiefland Office. On 01/28/26, called again and spoke to Patrick who stated he’d look into refund and call back, which never happened, no return call. 01/29/26 still after 2 weeks still NO refund!!! During a phone conversation with Patrick B. we were told we have to complete a refund request form, (which Pat D. never mentioned and/or gave us to complete) and after the form is received it’s going to take another 2 weeks to get our refund, which will make it an total of 4 weeks to get a refund that was supposed to take 2 weeks, and that we should’ve received by now. This is NOT acceptable Customer Service!!! Will NOT recommend to anyone ever, especially as long as Pat Donovan is working there!!!

Pat was our salesman and he was great! He showed us some sheds and we found the one we wanted! He was very friendly and we will have our shed in a few days! Service is fantastic!!

Just my experience - we all have them.... this is just mine. New shed owner, they do not honor A warranty for leaks and seals. I pointed out a water leak from a light rain as well as unsealed walls from roof to floor at every wall corner. They tout how well sealed their shed are - it is part of their sales pitch about how well sealed the sheds are. They did not return my calls. Always told "X is busy with a customer", gave me office # - of which sends a Read notice. So they Read my texts and still never replied to my concerns / problems for a NEW SHED that leaks. I almost forgot to mention their method of "hurricane strapping"... Post hole digger to create a hole - disrupting the natural compactness of the sandy soil, drop in the dog-chain style screw auger, kick the sand back in the hole. Thats it, did not screw in the auger, did not tamp, no water, nothing - just kicked sand back in. I have done better setting fence post!!! Try another place!!

Initially, we had a great experience here. Had my shed built to order an on-site in about a week. I gave him a check for payment in full. At that time he asked us to leave a review of how great our experience was. Before we left the lot, we realized that our greenhouse had a solid roof where we had asked for a clear roof. Pat said that would be no problem and they would have another shed built and get it out to us asap. They cashed my check and it is now 2 months later. I have NO greenhouse, they have my money, and they will not take my call or call me back. When I drove out there so I could speak with with someone, Pat assured me it would be next week. I asked for an update if there was a problem, and that was 2 weeks ago, no update and he is still unavailable by phone.

I bought a 10'x14' shed from here and I absolutely love it! I worked with Josh through the purchase process and it was a pleasure. The delivery team was prompt and set my shed up completely in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend Keen's!
