Cannot recommend. In the end, they would not come to my site to verify delivery (and be paid for it) which is foolish. Also wanted caulking laid down (me paying for the materials a labor…) also refused. Very low-life types seem to be running the business ultimately… Lost my 12’x20’ garage business. Asked to speak with the GM, refused. Will find another metal building manufacturer Keens and Tubular (their manufacturer) are completely off my list.

Salesman (Billy) was attentive to my needs, friendly and professional. The gentlemen that delivered the building were GREAT. They were on time and very professional. Where the building was being placed was not the easiest place to work, but they took it stride and done an excellent job. Thanks to all of the team at Keens Buildings for a wonderful experience. 😀

I cannot emphasize how happy I am with the finished product...I started working with Josh at Live Oak back in March and after numerous trips and emails, I settled on a size of a custom bldg in April. It took several months to get my pad poured but we had a very wet summer. After multiple color changes and layout mods, we locked in after the pad was poured and our building was erected in about 1.5 days by probably the best crew TBS out of Lake City has. very professional crew and no detail in installation was left out...If you are in the market for a custom built building, I would not hesitate to give them a shot. I had a previous building done by a different company that really got botched..The Sales and your concrete guy really and installation crew is what makes this. And Keen's recommendation on who to use for concrete was also top notch...

Keens did a nice job in installing a workshop on our family farm in South Georgia. In spite of delays with Covid they were able to get it delivered and installed with no major problems. The staff is very helpful to their customers

This company is extremely unprofessional! We gave them almost a thousand dollars for a building 3 months ago. When we finally heard from them this month they asked for the deed to our land & sent us some phoney looking paperwork that we refused to sign. When we refused, they came into our property and took the shed while saying that they would call us prior to removing it. They also took our belongings out of it and threw them on the ground even though the repossession wasn't due to a payment issue. When we asked why we weren't given the same customer service skills everyone else was given and was it due to race. The representative said, "Don't bring race into this BOY!" then hung up. The manager did not reprimand him because he is still at work this week. They are even trying to steal our refund through transportation charges! This company is full of lying con artists! DON'T BUY HERE!
