Great customer service. Shed was installed under Two hours. Would recommend anyone purchasing a shed from them.

This was one of the easiest experiences with a building service. From start to finish everyone was polite, thorough and knowledgeable of their products. Timing was beyond our expectations and the speed of build was astounding! I'm so glad we stopped by and chose JDM. Hats off to Lauren and Enos 😃

Our experience with JDM Structures was excellent. Our sales rep Hadassah answered all questions and she included a trip to our home to confirm measurements. The installation, a crew of three was here on schedule and completed the installation in about 5 hours including complete clean up. We are enjoying our new pavilion and highly recommend JDM Structures for any of your needs

Working with JDM and Amanda was the best decision! My grandkids LOVE the swing, slide and tower. It's so well made, I love having it in our yard. The installer, Enos, had it put together in no time. We couldn't be happier.

This place was incredible, the service was fantastic, we got help getting everything we bought in the truck as I was unable to assist at this time, so that made the process easier. Best experience to date, working with a company wherein everyone involved from design to building to install were all friendly knowledgable and skilled. Hadassah guided us thru design process and ordering, which was flawless….James and his son installed a gravel base and they took great care not to damage existing structures and new landscaping…FORGIVE ME I’ve forgotten the installer’s name but he and his partner had our shed up in less than 4 hours…AMAZING and AMAZING WORKMANSHIP Anyone interested in a new shed or other structure should definitely check out JDM STRUCTURES (LEWIS CENTER)

I went to various suppliers for sheds, everyone from Lowe's to Amish Yard and could not get anyone to sit and explain the process for getting a shed installed. I went to JDM on Bower Hill Road and Amanda was immediately available and walked me through what they could do for us and showed me using a computer what the shed would look like. I loved that she made it easy and I knew that this is a company that I was comfortable having install the shed. I was told it would be about 4-8 weeks and put down a deposit. Within 4 days I received a text that they were able to come out the next week to prepare the area and 4 days later they had the build for the shed scheduled! They just completed the shed today and it is perfect! At every point of the site preparation through the actual build the crew was professional, polite and efficient. The site was left in great shape and we are thrilled with our shed. Amanda followed up throughout the process and was very valuable in selection of the shed. I would recommend without reservation this organization to put up and prepare a site for outdoor sites. I will be using them when we need a deck replacement because of the trust they have earned by their exceptional service!

I bought an 8x10 Catskill Boston shed to replace an old one. From the very beginning, Amanda at JDM made the process easy to understand and offered several options that fit our needs and budget for the project. The new shed is a fantastic improvement to our property and is very well constructed. It has some thoughtful details that aren't typical for sheds in this price range. I would definitely buy from JDM and co. again.

Everyone at JDM Structures was great. Workers arrived at the designated time, completed the construction efficiently and cleaned up all in 3 hours. Sales consultant Michele was wonderful. It was a pleasant experience.

We recently had a playground installed at Westside Baptist Church, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Adam was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with from the very beginning. The communication throughout the project was excellent. We always knew what was happening, and their team kept us updated every step of the way. The installation crew was professional and had the playground up and ready to go in just one day! The quality of the playground is outstanding, and our children are already enjoying it. We are grateful for the excellent customer service and attention to detail shown by JDM Outdoors. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality playground and a company that truly cares about its customers.

I had a wonderful experience buying a swing sent for my grandchildren. Amanda was wonderful to work with and very informative. Enos installed the set by himself and was also wonderful to work with. Extremely good quality and I highly recommend this company!!

5 stars is not enough to give the amount of credit that's due from Michele and JDM Structures! I met Michele in Spring 2025 at the Home Show in Pittsburgh. She quoted me for the shed I wanted on the spot, and was very knowledgeable and helpful as we talked through the project over the next few weeks. That conversation continued for a year! I was indecisive, I made many changes to the scope, other house projects took priority, and I pushed the shed project back over and over. Michele continued to help me with an abundance of kindness and always with a smile. Finally, after a year, I was ready to order! The ordering process was so easy, and she helped with the site prep info and gave guidance on getting a property survey, permits, and everything I needed. You would probably need a solid workweek to read through all the emails and texts between us. There was a ton of communication, and she made it smooth. The install day finally came, and wow, did we run into a major problem with the site prep from the contractor that I hired (I foolishly didn't use who Michele recommended). The installation came to a screeching halt, but let me tell you -- when you need someone on your side to advocate for you, Michele gets it done! She immediately had another contractor on the phone, had him prepped and en route to my house, and she handled the guy I hired, sternly and professionally. It was amazing how fast she made things happen to keep the installation moving, and I didn't cost me any additional money. The shed was still completed that day, even with the hiccup. The install crew was impressive and did an outstanding job. They accidentally broke a window and returned the next morning with a new one. They even did some extra painting for me. Now my shed is done and it's freaking awesome!!! All of my neighbors and friends have done nothing but compliment it. I bought a 16' x 24' Somerset with a lot of customization. Michele gave a very fair price, and her knowledge was key to ensuring I got exactly what I wanted and needed. This building (I can't call it a shed anymore) is gorgeous! The design, the durability, the features, the quality --- it's all high-end and better than I imagined (and I am very picky and very thorough - just ask Michele!). SO, if you are buying a shed, a building, or anything outdoors that JDM offers, stop searching and call Michele! You will NOT be disappointed. 1000 Big Gold Stars....All. Day. Long. :)

Great selection and service. Got two rocker chairs and an end table. Shawn the general sales manager was an expert and helped steer me in the right direction. Their stuff is built to last and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come!

I recently had a great experience at JDM Outdoors located in Lewis Center (right on 23) Michele greeted me and asked how I could help. I was looking at Adirondack chairs. After some time trying them out I thanked her for her help and continued on my way. After doing some more research at home I decided this was the best place by far - did you know they have a 20 year warranty ?? I went back on Friday and purchased two chairs and ordered a few more - the sales girl (H) was friendly and very helpful and strong and was able to lift them into my car!! Michelle and H were wonderful to work with. Best quality around and best part - it's already put together!! (Big plus for me) Check it out if you get a chance - you won't be disappointed!!
