Customer reviews
We continue to upgrade our home with these fantastic products! The quality is outstanding and with a 20yr warranty on the furniture, you can't beat it.
This place was incredible, the service was fantastic, we got help getting everything we bought in the truck as I was unable to assist at this time, so that made the process easier. We bought 2 slider chairs and a patio table and 6 chairs and the price was AMAZING. We would highly recommend this location for your patio needs. The wife is so pleased, and you know they say Happy Wife, Happy Life. :)
When my wife Mary and I moved from Kentucky to Grove City, Ohio, one of the things we treasured most was our porch swing. It was where we shared conversations, spent time with our grandchildren, and enjoyed quiet evenings together. After the move, the swing sat unused for nearly two years while we searched for the right solution. Eventually, we stopped into JDM Outdoors and met Jason Polan. We only wish we had done it sooner. Jason’s greatest strength is his ability to listen. He took the time to understand what we wanted in quality, durability, appearance, and value. There was never any sales pressure—just a genuine desire to help us find the right solution. The A-Frame support Jason recommended was exactly what we needed. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the structure is rock-solid, and it turned our porch swing into a backyard centerpiece once again. More importantly, Jason gave us back more than a swing. He helped restore a place where memories are made. Today, we’re once again enjoying time with our grandchildren, sharing conversations, and spending peaceful evenings together. If you’re looking for quality outdoor structures and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Jason Polan and JDM Outdoors. Jason understands he’s not just selling products—he’s helping families create lasting memories. Thank you, Jason, for helping us bring a cherished part of our lives back home.
Purchased the Berlin Garden metal top table set at the Home and Garden show. A new beautiful design this year. The top of table has a hammered surface which we really love. Compliments our home and we have on our screened in veranda. Cannot wait for warmer wearher when we can dine outside. Highly recommend!
Jason was absolutely amazing from the beginning and got all of my questions answered right away. We filled out the paperwork and he called the day of the delivery even though I didn't get to pick up to make sure everything was okay. I absolutely love his professionalism and great attitude. He even checked on me a few weeks after which was recently to make sure things were going well. Now that's true customer service on top of a great shed!
