We worked with Willard Martin at the Wooster branch to get a play set and shed. He took the time to answer all of our questions and get us exactly what we wanted. The delivery crews placed both items exactly where we asked them to. And they were very fast and friendly. Overall it has been a great experience. We will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

My wife and I visited JDM structures in Wooster and we were very impressed by Willard's professionalism. He was patient with us and not pushy. He gave us multiple options as to what we could create. We were very impressed with all the displays that he could show us so that we knew what we could build. We had a great experience with JDM. We bought furniture from Willard Martin and he is very good to work with, he also help us figure out what size pavilion would fit on our patio he took time to come up and measure. Make sure we had it right. And the crew that came up to build the structure was very nice and did a great job. We are very happy with what we got from JDM structures.

I couldn't be happier. I absolutely Love my new tack room it is everything I wanted. From viewing the model at the Mt Hope Home and Garden show and talking to Willard there, to opening up my door and walking into what will soon become my tack room at my house, the entire process was seamless all the way to the finish line. I met with Willard to discuss what I wanted and then changed the color of the building and trim, and then the windows, Willard was ever patient and accommodating also explaining the start to finish procedure to me. The guys came over and put in the pressed gravel pad, even placing the 6x6's around it for me. Then came the delivery. I didn't think he could do it as my driveway is an obstacle course of Low tree branches, its narrow and rutted in spots and he had to maneuver it between two poles. That guy was amazing!, he unloaded it, moved it across my muddy yard and he set it up right in place. I waited 40 years to get a real tack room, which it will be when the inside is finished. I am in love with this building. Everyone at that company that I delt with was easy to work with, polite and kind. It was so refreshing to deal with a company that does what they say they will. As for my original contact Willard, I can't sing his praises enough, he was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I will be calling him again for any of my building needs. I highly recommend JDM Structures Outdoors of Wooster.

JDM Structures is a wonderful company! They go above and beyond the average barn company to make sure your building will last a very long time and the whole experience is good.
