Love the Clyde location. Large inventory so you can see all color options and try styles. We were able to take our purchase same day as they had in stock. Excellent service, great value and solid product.
We dealt with Daniel on our deck furniture and our furniture out at the lake! He will help you with loading the furniture and also follows up with our purchase to see how we are enjoying it!! Great customer service!
We purchased a set of balcony stools with the attached center table feature. Daniel Rider, our sales person and also the manager of the Clyde Ohio facility was very kind, helpful, accommodating and it was a true pleasure to do business with him. The product is very solid, appears to be indestructible, won't rot and all hardware is stainless steel. It appears this outdoor furniture will last just about forever. It is well constructed and heavy duty. This is truly one of the best buying experiences I have encountered in a very long time. The JDM company should be thankful and proud to have someone as dedicated as Daniel working for them. I highly recommend stopping and checking out their inventory. These products are definitely not bargain basement, one of the mill, big box store cheap junk. They are solid, well-built, and definitely worth the price. You will not be disappointed in the product or the service.
