Customer reviews
Our experience with JDM Structures was excellent. Our sales rep Hadassah answered all questions and she included a trip to our home to confirm measurements. The installation, a crew of three was here on schedule and completed the installation in about 5 hours including complete clean up. We are enjoying our new pavilion and highly recommend JDM Structures for any of your needs
I recently had a great experience at JDM Outdoors located in Lewis Center (right on 23) Michele greeted me and asked how I could help. I was looking at Adirondack chairs. After some time trying them out I thanked her for her help and continued on my way. After doing some more research at home I decided this was the best place by far - did you know they have a 20 year warranty ?? I went back on Friday and purchased two chairs and ordered a few more - the sales girl (H) was friendly and very helpful and strong and was able to lift them into my car!! Michelle and H were wonderful to work with. Best quality around and best part - it's already put together!! (Big plus for me) Check it out if you get a chance - you won't be disappointed!!
Michele at JDM was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. She kept me in the loop the entire way. The finished product was exactly what we were looking for. Quick installation and ready for use.
Working with Michele was fantastic and made the entire process so easy. My husband and I were hesitant about the cost, but it truly would have cost us more to install our own foundation and shed, and it easily would have take. 5-10 times as long. The turn around time was truly impressive. If I ever need anything else for my outdoor space, JDM is definitely where I’ll go.
JDM Outdoors did an absolutely outstanding job on our large backyard pavilion. From the very first phone call to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The attention to detail and quality of work truly exceeded our expectations. The pavilion completely transformed our backyard and has become our favorite place to spend time. If you’re considering any outdoor project, I highly recommend JDM Outdoors — they deliver exactly what they promise and more.
