Elite Outdoor Buildings, LLC rents to own in Florida.

Superior service from the moment I walked in to the delivery of my 10x16 shed with all the extras I wanted and where I wanted it. Took time to walk through units on the lot and delivered my unit sooner than I thought possible. Impressed with all team members including delivery men. Great communication and honest salesmanship. Don't hesitate to do business with Elite. Few and far between that have the genuine customer service skills. Needless to say, I am impressed.

Go see Mason at elite buildings, very personal and professional. Did a job with a good price, well worth the time and was very informative. The concrete crew “North Florida Concrete” owner Jarrod Butler did a Awsome Job as well on my slab, very happy with it.

We couldn’t be happier with the service! The team was professional, dependable, and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high quality metal buildings! Jarrod Butler North Florida concrete services highly recommend for the concrete !!

Friendly, easy to deal with, and great buildings that are fairly priced. They were able to custom build exactly what we needed (dual pitched roof) and installation was a breeze. Highly recommend Mason and appreciate his expertise.

John was an awesome salesman and helped us in every way in ordering and delivering our building. The gentleman who installed it were efficient and very polite. We just love it!

Jon at Elite made shopping for the shed easy to get exactly what we need. He was professional and easy to work with so we found exactly what we wanted. It couldn’t have been simpler or more satisfying. Then Owen and Jesse delivered it to our property and installed it quickly and efficiently. We’re totally happy with Elite Outdoor Buildings and glad our daughter told us not to go anywhere else. Let them make you happy too.

Jon was a pleasure to work with right from the start. The choices were simple and easy for choosing your customizations. Two week build time and then the delivery crew was on time and very courteous. Everything went smooth and we are totally satisfied with the look, construction, and value of our shed!

Right from the very start when I went into the office and spoke with Tyler about a couple of items that I purchased metal carport, and a greenhouse, all the way to when the friendly and knowledgeable crew that delivered the greenhouse and the crew that delivered the Metal carport very professional and friendly crews. This was a perfect example of how Businesses should be run. I appreciate Elite outdoor buildings I Recommend to anyone looking for a quality product and professional and friendly crew.

We recently purchased a 12x24 shed from Elite Outdoor in Chiefland. From our first meeting with Jon we knew this was a great business. He was very informative and helped us find the perfect shed for our needs. The installation crew was as professional as anyone I’ve ever dealt with and did a great job setting it up on our property. We could not be happier with our choice and if any other shed needs arise we will be right back at Elite. If you are looking for a shed they need to be your first stop.

We needed an additional storage building as my mother recently passed and I needed additional storage from cleaning out her house. After visiting several building sales lots around Lake City, we chose Elite Outdoor buildings. First they sell Lark buildings. I've had my first one since 2010, and it has been a sturdy well built building that has never leaked and still looks good. Additionally, we went with Elite as they were very knowledgeable, and had a good selection. They were professional, no high pressure sales, and let us choose the building that best suited our needs. Regarding the delivery of our building, It was delivered on time as originally quoted. Owen and Mason were awesome and patient answering the multitude of questions I had. I was concerned that my yard would be rutted and torn up from the delivery truck but they used a machine to move and place the building that didn't cause and damage . They even went the extra mile and re-leveled my other building so the door would close properly. We cannot give Elite Outdoor Buildings enough kudo's from our original search to final delivery. We highly recommend them for any of your outdoor building needs.

This is the second shed we've bought from Elite Outdoor buildings in Live Oak. The delivery guys for our first shed were the best!! I love the new shed even more!! This is a top notch business from the office to the field. I would 100% recommend them. And for the record the delivery guys for this shed were awesome!! My new glass shop (why I purchased the shed) was put exactly where I wanted it on my property.

If you are thinking of getting a shop done this is the place! Worked with Tyler and he was great and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process.

Huge thank you to Mason at Elite Outdoor Buildings for bringing our vision to reality! This process was literally the easiest, and Mason was super helpful! If you’re looking for a shed/building Elite is the place to go.

Purchased my 12x30 shed from Michelle’s Bull Pen in Perry Fl. Excellent people to work with, so friendly and helpful when planning the building I wanted. We were able to upgrade the roof trusses to 2x6 with extra bracing to support solar panels on the roof. The building was delivered today and I am so impressed with the two men that did the deliver and install. They brought this large building down a narrow, winding, sandy drive and put it exactly where I wanted it. They worked so well together and everything went so smoothly. They were kind, respectful, and consulted with me to make sure the building was in the exact location I wanted and even the height I wanted. I think it took them two hours to do the entire job. I highly recommend Elite Outdoor Buildings!
