We needed an additional storage building as my mother recently passed and I needed additional storage from cleaning out her house. After visiting several building sales lots around Lake City, we chose Elite Outdoor buildings. First they sell Lark buildings. I've had my first one since 2010, and it has been a sturdy well built building that has never leaked and still looks good. Additionally, we went with Elite as they were very knowledgeable, and had a good selection. They were professional, no high pressure sales, and let us choose the building that best suited our needs. Regarding the delivery of our building, It was delivered on time as originally quoted. Owen and Mason were awesome and patient answering the multitude of questions I had. I was concerned that my yard would be rutted and torn up from the delivery truck but they used a machine to move and place the building that didn't cause and damage . They even went the extra mile and re-leveled my other building so the door would close properly. We cannot give Elite Outdoor Buildings enough kudo's from our original search to final delivery. We highly recommend them for any of your outdoor building needs.
