I had an excellent experience using Banks Buildings. The sales woman, Falisha, was friendly and knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy and let us look around but was immediately available when we had questions. Once we decided to purchase, the process was seamless and they were ready to deliver within days. Dustin delivered our shed today and he was fantastic. He navigated a tight driveway, an awkward setup location, and our nosy neighbor with patience and skill. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with friendly service. I also thought the prices were amazing compared to other places we looked. Highly recommend this company.

I’m very pleased with the storage building purchased from Banks Buildings in Ware Place. Denise Cothran is awesome!! To fit my needs, she designed a building from scratch and arranged for a site inspection to ensure there would be no issues with delivery and set up …… both at no extra cost. Every aspect of the purchase went smooth as silk. Don’t waste your time with other dealers. I already did that. Go directly to Denise at Banks Buildings in Ware Place !!!

My wife and I recently purchased a custom 12' x 24' building from Banks Buildings, and we couldn't be happier with the experience or the finished product. After visiting several shed lots throughout the area, we eventually found Banks Buildings; and honestly, we should have started there. The combination of quality, customer service, customization options, and value simply wasn't matched anywhere else. Chris at the Whitehall Road location was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he made my wife and me feel welcome and took the time to walk us through all of the available options. The customization process was straightforward, and there were plenty of choices to help us design exactly what we wanted without feeling overwhelmed. What impressed us most was the quality of construction. Our building was built locally in Williamston, SC, and it shows. The craftsmanship is exceptional, from the attractive exterior and metal roof to the solid framing and attention to detail throughout. The trim work is clean, the doors and windows are well-installed, and everything feels sturdy and professionally built. The interior is just as impressive. The high ceiling creates a spacious feel, and the multiple windows provide excellent natural light. We chose to have the building wired and electrically ready for connection, and the workmanship is just as impressive inside as it is outside. It's much more than a storage shed. It feels like a workshop, studio, home office, or multipurpose space that will serve our family for years to come. The turnaround time exceeded our expectations as well. Our building was completed much faster than we anticipated, and the final price was incredibly competitive for the level of quality we received. I also want to recognize Juan (Johnny), who delivered and set up the building. He was professional, hardworking, and clearly experienced. Watching him position and level the building was impressive. He made a difficult job look easy. He took great care throughout the process and made sure everything was done right before he left. The customer expressed dissatisfaction with the price, yet still chose to purchase the shed, which indicates that the product and service met his needs. Pricing decisions are not controlled by the sales staff, and it would be unfair to judge her performance based on a customer's disagreement with the cost. In my experience, Denise is professional, courteous, responsive, and dedicated to helping every customer. She represents Banks Buildings well and is a valuable member to the team. I would not let this single review outweigh the positive experiences she provides to customers every day.

Denise Cothran at Banks Buildings is wonderful. We went to the lot in Ware Place/Pelzer and she was there that day. She let us know that there was something at the Greenwood lot that she thought we be interested in and we asked if she happened to work that lot as well. She told us she would be there on Wednesday so we went to Greenwood on that Wednesday to see the building that she recommended and we loved it. We would definitely recommend if you are in need of a building or any of their other products that you go and see her. We did meet a girl that normally works the Greenwood lot, I believe her name was Lacey but she was rude and we would definitely not have bought anything from Greenwoods lot if we had to have dealt with her.

I got a custom 14x 32 shed from banks building. The process was easy and I love my shed! Layce was nice and helpful. The colors came out great and it is exactly what we wanted.

We purchased a storage shed from Banks Buildings on Whithall Rd. in Anderson. This was our first stop as we had done our research online, and Banks was upfront with its pricing, unlike the majority of shed companies. We were met on the lot by Chris Bishop, and while I was expecting the "used car salesman" approach, Chris was anything but that. Patient, absolutely zero pressure, and answered all our questions honestly. If you're looking for a shed, do yourself a favor and go see Chris. Banks offers prebuilt as well as custom built storage sheds, greenhouses, and other outbuildings. I honestly wish there were more stars to give them.

I cant say nice enough things about the women I met today while going to look for a building . Michele went above and beyond to help me and my family find something perfect in our budget and was just over all so helpful! People need to be more like her in sales. Great experience!! Sales person on the lot was informative and friendly without being pushy at all. Sale and delivery was quick and easy. We ran into an issue in that there was some shifting (we didn’t use a cement pad which is fine) due to heavy rain the day before delivery. When I called they came out the same day and did the adjustment. Great quality and great service!! Rare these days….

Been to many places looking for a shed n decided on them.. Felt so good not feeling pressured and the help was so friendly and she did her best showing me everything, that’s what made me go back. Southstate Bank needs to stay open longer. Some people don't get off of work until 6 or 7pm. This really inconvenient.
