The building we received was great and exactly what we wanted, but the install was far from good and when I called to see if someone could come back out to fix it, I was told no. With that being said they do not stand behind their work. Now I will need to get someone else to come out and fix it before it falls.
My search for a shed is now over. Denise was so helpful during the transaction and after the sale follow up. Very professional and no pressure. Kudos to my installer, Johnnny. He kept in touch to confirm delivery time and was able to place my shed in a tight spot under my trees. I am very pleased with the entire process.
Just purchased a shed from Banks Building and worked with Falisha. She was great! Super friendly, funny, and had a great attitude. She made the whole process really easy and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Definitely recommend going to see Falisha!
I had an excellent experience using Banks Buildings. The sales woman, Falisha, was friendly and knowledgeable. She wasn’t pushy and let us look around but was immediately available when we had questions. Once we decided to purchase, the process was seamless and they were ready to deliver within days. Dustin delivered our shed today and he was fantastic. He navigated a tight driveway, an awkward setup location, and our nosy neighbor with patience and skill. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with friendly service. I also thought the prices were amazing compared to other places we looked. Highly recommend this company.
