Angelo at this location was super awesome and helped right away. Greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Angelo has wonderful customer service skills and I would highly recommend to everyone who needs assistance. Angelo is the man to see and so is the Store Manager Jeff is a awesome guy to help you out. I strongly recommend giving Angelo a raise or portion

Everyone in this store is very helpful. Anglo is very helpful. I just left Arron’s Rents and I was not treated very well there. I feel like I will be treated better at this Rent A Center store. Keep the good up team

Moved back home (Tucson) from California a year ago. Browsed two other locations in town and was not set on a purchase from rent a center and didnt feel welcomed from two other store fronts. Until I made a call to Jeff's store. All it took was one (YOU ARE READING THAT CORRECT **ONE** CALL) to explain the date I was moving into my new place. Of course the two things I desperately fell in love with were on special order **panicked it wasn't going to be here in time**Jeff didnt only go out of his way to walk me through the rent a center process, I felt my needs were heard and so comfortable with no sales push. He also promised my delivery time on my move in date and kept it. Shocking!!! Good, honest business. My delivery and installation was set on the day I moved into my home. His crew came with the items and set the furniture up were I needed it to go. They were so polite, respectful and mess free. No stress or worries. Jeff even offered to deliver earlier in the day himself. Every time I call in to make a payment I know how well I am treated by him and his whole staff. Highly recommend and will continue to only buy from him regardless of the store location he is at I will only deal with him. Such a stress free process. Jeffs staff that he trains for his store and deliverys only have hospitality. It was July we I got my deliveryand it was so hot in Tuscon 113° but those guys pushed, didnt stop until I offered them a water. But they go5 right back to it. If you speical order it is worth the delivery and wait. Jeff or a tram member ommunicates every step of the way. The other comments that mentioned multiple calls is because they didnt pay their bill on time. They do a weekly, bi weekly and I believe a monthly plan to pay for the belongings you sign for to pay off and own eventually but does always have a payoff early option which it helps. Do not let that those comments hesitate you to go in or call Jeff.
