I placed an order and paid the deposit over the weekend last weekend, I had someone call me last Monday morning, who tried to talk me into other furniture because they would have to order what I wanted, I said that was fine, he then told me he would call me back to do the application over the phone. I waited until today to call back and see what was going on, they definitely acted like they didn't want my business, I told them that was fine and I would take my business somewhere else.

I can't recommend Buddy's Home Furnishings enough. Shaq went above and beyond to help us. The store manager did as well. Do not waste your time and the competition stores. Shop Buddy's!

Jamarcus delivered my sectional and did a great job making it look good by moving furniture around until it was picture perfect. He was very polite and told me everything I need to know if I ever wanted to move the sectional. Ms. Taye called me before the delivery started and Shaq made sure he keep track of everything every step of the way. 10/10 I will be shopping again in the near future.

I visited the store yesterday (2/7/25) in hopes of finding me a washer and dryer set because I was in dire need of one. At first, I was a bit skeptical of going there because of the experiences I’ve had with another establishment similar to this one but I am one highly satisfied customer. The staff helped me with my issue and got me my merchandise the same day. I definitely will be dealing with them more in the future.

The customer service was amazing and they explained everything to us. They also insured that we like the product we were getting before moving forward . The delivery men were excellent and got it out to us the same day. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family
