What customers are saying

Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Olympia.

I've been renting from Buddy's for about 7+ years now. I've had multiple different leases through this location and have always had a great experience. Pete is my guy! He's always incredibly helpful, and has worked with me when I was unemployed during COVID. He's helped me figure out a plan on more than a few occasions and has always been incredibly understanding and compassionate in those times.

5 Stars-Above and Beyond Customer Service I can't say enough good things about Buddy's Home Furnishings. Over the past several months, they've consistently gone above and beyond what I'd expect from a furniture rental company. It started when Ashley helped me find a bedroom set that actually fit both my budget AND my bedroom. She also set me up with an amazing 65" OLED TV that I'm still loving, and wrote up my contract to get everything rolling. But here's where they really proved themselves. I was making my payment when I had to let them know I was going to be traveling for work for several months and had nowhere to put my furniture. I didn't want to cancel my contract, and that's when Ryan stepped up with a solution I never expected. He offered to pick up all my stuff, store it in their warehouse while I kept up my payments, and told me, "When you get back and you're ready, gimme a call and we'll deliver wherever you want." That kind of flexibility and understanding is rare. Ashley, Ryan, Daniel, Caleb, and the entire team (and forgive me if I'm forgetting anyone!) have treated me like more than just a customer-they actually care. This is what excellent local customer service looks like. If you're looking for furniture rental with people who will work WITH you, not just process transactions, go with Buddy's. They're all Top Shelf.

Everyone there was super nice and helpful. Came in to rent a chair for my husband who had just had hip surgery. They got it delivered and set up literally 30 minutes later. After a month they called to remind us the next payment was coming. I’m glad they did because I forgot. We got it picked up instead of paying again. Pick up was super simple. Would recommend.
