After rude encounters with the employees at the Front St location I decided I didn’t want to continue business with them so I took my item back and when I asked if we are all good the manager obviously doesn’t tell you the benefits plus is still going to be charged weekly and once I caught it I call and ask to remove the benefits package and guess what he doesn’t and they never answer there store phone when I call will never go back!

This is where I was directed to go drop off Amazon Returns. Don’t go to the address on Bow street, it has a sign that says to come here instead!! Hope this helps :)

I previously attempted to work with this company to change my payment due date so it would better align with my pay schedule. Unfortunately, getting assistance was extremely difficult. My calls were repeatedly unanswered, and when I finally spoke with someone, I was told I would have to pay additional fees just to make the adjustment. That is not something I was willing to do. As I mentioned in my previous review, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Despite my efforts to handle the situation proactively and professionally, I have been met with rude and unhelpful representatives. The individual who delivers the furniture has also been unprofessional in my interactions with them. To make matters worse, the company continues to send someone to my home every other week attempting to pick up the rented furniture. I have made it clear that I will continue making my payments, even if they are late, as I have done throughout my rental period. Repeatedly sending employees to my home is unnecessary and does nothing to resolve the underlying issue. I made every effort to address this matter the right way, but the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior have made this an extremely frustrating experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Employees were sent to my home and aggressively banged on my door and repeatedly rang the doorbell in a way that was completely excessive and unprofessional. I work from home and wasn’t able to answer, but that kind of behavior is unacceptable regardless. When I called the store, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and offered no real help. I was told my payment was 7 days late and that there is now a “new policy” requiring them to pick up furniture at that point, supposedly directed by a regional manager. What makes this worse is that I was never informed of any policy change. I’ve consistently paid on this same schedule before without any issues. I’ve also tried multiple times to contact the store to adjust my payment dates to match my pay schedule, but no one answers the phone. However, I have no problem receiving repeated calls when a payment is late. This situation shows a serious lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for customers. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.

So at the ending of 2025 i informed the front street location that the oven had cracked. And that the clock on it is no longer working. It has been a month and a half i had to call to get an updated and acted very rude towards me telling me that they didnt crack it.. I understand that you didnt crack it but it did crack and thats why i pay warranty on the item.. but that they didnt know till when they would get another set and didnt offer me any other type of swap or anything. I havnt even had the over a year for the clock on it to not work to the point i cant even use the oven because i cant see what temp its at. I have bought a washer and dryer and now a stove i was looking at a fridge with you guys and wanting a sofa set soon. But this is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. To where i dont even know if i will continue to buy from you guys. I never miss any payments. I always pay on time if not early. This is how you treat your loyal customers? I will be trying to get in contact with corporate regarding this issue

It was good overall but frustrating at times when it comes to payment's. I had informed the person who was handling my account in the past to remove my old bank account from auto pay(she said she did, but didn't remove it) and it had a nsf happen because the bank account was not active and they tried to make me pay for her mistakes. I refused and I guess once the new management team took over they seen that I had paid over and called it even. They said that I was paid off and things were good until a few months later I get a knock on my door with ppl trying to pick up my furniture and saying I owed for the furniture and was behind 3 months!! It got taken care of in the parking lot but nevertheless I shouldn't have been put in that scenario at all!! I will definitely use yall in the future but it will be better I hope.

Employees/management are rude and disrespectful to customers. They feel entirely comfortable cussing out and using further foul language any time a payment does not go through. Rather than figuring out the issue to resolve it (i.e., my money was in the wrong account and just needed to be transferred over, a simple 5 minute fix) They jump right into obscenities. So if you enjoy being treated like garbage by an establishment who does not respect or value it’s customers, this is the place for you. Otherwise, just go to Aaron’s.
