I am not a customer of Aaron’s, but one of your representatives came to my apartment today looking for a former resident who moved out several months ago. I explained that she no longer lives here, that I do not have forwarding information for her, and that I work at the property and can confirm she is no longer a resident and did not provide a forwarding address. A few minutes later, the same representative returned to my door and stated he needed to confirm that merchandise was not inside my apartment. He then began asking about the washer and dryer currently in my home, which I explained are my own. The interaction became increasingly uncomfortable when he continued insisting that he needed to verify the appliances himself. I felt pressured into allowing him inside my apartment so he could see the appliances and confirm the brand names. I understand that your company may need to recover merchandise from former customers, but returning to my apartment after already being told the resident no longer lives there, then insisting on verifying items inside my home, felt intrusive, inappropriate, and very unprofessional.

Everybody has been nice besides the store manager JARED. He is absolutely unprofessional and made disgusting comments towards me. I did call customer service and filed a complaint. Never in my life have I dealt with such unprofessional business and behavior from someone.

They need new management there. The one that always talks to me is always the utmost rudest to me. Also said pickup time a was afternoon and showed up while I was at work and tried to tell me he said between 3 and 8pm. That’s not necessary afternoon to me. Only recommend if you have money and don’t plan on being late. They’re just money hungry

The employees don’t communicate with each other, delivery at 11:30 at night, damage to the products delivered and the payments have been messed up since the beginning. After waiting 3 weeks without hearing anything from the store once ordered.

I've been using Aarons on and off for 23 years as needed for little things and definitely would recommend them. At the same time, do not let delivery men in your bathroom, they aren't going in there to wash their hands. Had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the men that delivered my dryer.

If you're in a Bind and you absolutely have to then get your items. You need here if you are not make sure to highlight on your paperwork. Make sure that your paperwork matches the deal that they are offering you. You see, most of us. Do not read the paperwork. We automatically assume that it is a company. So, if they are giving us the word that they are going to give us a deal on something we automatically assume that is what they are going to do. And then you sign it, read your contract. They are telling me if I go through with the payment plan that I have. I owe 500 and something dollars and if I pay off same as cash right now it's $10 more. Read before you sign. I cannot stretch the importance of reading it. Not only that, but they claim that my payment didn't go through last payment and I know it didn't. My card was actually locked but I went to the bank after I got of work and they unlock the card them right away and made the payment. It took him a minute to see that I made the payment but if my card was declined, they would have called me like they normally would call any other person every single day until that payment is made. I made my payment today for tomorrow. Let's see if they don't try to charge me again tomorrow.
