I was done a bad deal from another company that I will keep anonymous but I called and spoke to Mercedes from the franchised store off of West county Road in odessa . I did business with Mercedes who was caring, understanding and all around went above and beyond to make it right for me and my family . Not only did she gets us squared away with a brand new fridge but she had it delivered 24 hrs later. She is by far the best in the business and I Would recommend her and her company any day of the week to all my friends and family . Mercedes is the best worker in all of Rent a centers for sure 💯 #MercedesRocks 💯💯💯Thank you Ma'am.
