(❌ Avoid This Location Unprofessional and Rude) I would highly reconsider purchasing anything from this Rent-A-Center. The manager, Elizabeth, and the representative, Alice, handle things in an incredibly unprofessional manner and are extremely rude to customers. They are remarkably quick to try and repossess items, which makes no sense—especially for customers who have successfully paid things off with them before. While anyone could understand a company taking action on an account that is 30 days past due, they are already threatening legal action when a payment is only 10 days late. Their aggressive tactics and terrible customer service are completely uncalled for. Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere else where loyalty and basic respect actually matter.
The “manager” Alice is very rude, instead of acting professional she likes to hang up on customers.
Elizabeth is very rude and unprofessional for a “manager role” no accountability for “he”r store’s error she’s basically saying that if you do it online, it’s an issue for her while some of us have very long work hours and we don’t get to clock out right at six, which she always hurries to do if it’s within the hour before closing, that was my experience from the two times I’ve ever spoken to her Iif you have a delivery scheduled and nobody reaches me that day to say oops we overbooked. Can we work something out? And blame the customer and expect them to just take all the time off of work to accommodate them… yet online it still says ETA is on time…. So basically, I canceled everything And had everything refunded this was my first and last time ever using that store on E. 8th St.
Big mistake. Don’t do it. I got a bed from Them recently. I picked it up since I needed it asap: when I got home I realized it was not worth what I was paying. It was a used bed so I knew it wasn’t going to be flawless.The mattress was brand new thou. I asked for the bed to be discounted and they only wanted to take $200 off the end of my balance. but it had way to issues so I scheduled pick up. And they still tried to run my payment! Why should I have to pay the whole week if they picked it up today which is Monday? No thanks. I’ll keep my business with Aaron’s. Which I should have done to begin with.
Elizabeth was exceptionally remarkable. She exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely value her efforts. While it is her profession, I sensed her attentiveness and compassion. Kindness undoubtedly holds great significance. She precisely fulfilled my request. Her professionalism was commendable. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to rent-to-own essential items. When my item is ready I will definitely return to this review and post pictures Thank you and God bless!!!!
