What you can rent here
Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

Customer reviews
Do not shop here. You are better off going to Rooms To Go and saving money. The prices here are higher, the employees are rude, and customer service is lacking. One of the biggest issues was the lack of communication. No one called, texted, or contacted us before showing up at our home. We were simply expected to be available without any notice. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the higher prices, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude, I would not recommend this business.
I love the people they always have great service and they are always happy to help
At first they were good if I had the option to put zero stars I would they never work with you if you barely start a new job and try to get a extension so you CAN pay it they won't work with you I absolutely do NOT recommend going to this rent a center PERIOD
Was rescheduled twice on my delivery, with different excuses. Then after a week and a half of pushing it back, they wanna push it back another week. Because corporate is in town? They don’t want the missing space in the store.. umm what? Is that not the objective? To get ride of those items. Customer service was terrible as well! In no rush to do their job. Never talked to the same person, each one was unprofessional and just wanted to get off the phone. They ended up charging me for stuff I never even received. I had to call twice to tell them to cancel it and twice to tell them they still charged me. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Love this place they alway find exactly what you’re looking for. The Girls here are great respectful and always willing to help. The delivery guy is great as well he is fast and efficient.
I have pretty much refurnished my whole house and almost everything came from rent a center, the staff there makes you feel important. They welcome me by name every time I walk into the building, if I’m looking for something and they don’t have it in the store they do their best to try to find it. I definitely recommend this store to all my family and friends
