Awesome Go to one on Mesa Road! service from Jacob; Jonathan, Jeremy.and the other gentlemen that delivered my couches. Had no problems smooth transition.Also, the front counter lady..forgive me for forgetting her name ;but store is amazing awesome too. Understanding the needs of the customer awesome!

This place is a joke! Very rude Manager! I paid and started my lease October 1st and was promised a delivery date of October 12th. Well no delivery was made and was told they couldn’t come until the 14rth due to short staff in the delivery department. But wanted me to pay more money on the 13th! Please fire everyone in this store and get new workers! Very unprofessional and rude! The owner definitely needs to look into restaffing this store! They are loosing money and potential good customers due to the lack of customer service and professionalism being shown! They deserve 0 Stars

I’m giving them a one star first impression because I ordered yesterday and they told me that it would be delivered today between 8am-12. They last delivery is at 4pm, it’s 630 and I had room off so I wouldn’t miss my delivery. I gets a phone call saying sorry for the delay that they only have one person and he can’t deliver my things to me. I’m sorry but why my things wasn’t the second or third delivery 🤨. And can’t get anyone else to come in to do the drop that’s just unprofessional.

If I could give them a zero star I would. They are rude and arrogant. They are really nasty. From the time I started leasing with them its been a problem. They don't deliver when they suppose to but will blow your stuff up about a payment. Don't rent from them. Once I pay my stuff off I'll never rent from them again
