The Best, they work with u if u cant make a payment on due date ,but must pay on ur next due date ,or they will come pick the items up

I cancelled my order a week ago..I received a message yesterday regarding auto pay deducting the payment of furniture I don't even have ..I called same day spoke to somebody they told me Christie the manager is cancelling my order...I asked why my order was not cancelled when I called initially he said I don't know...I asked again if they are sure they actually cancelled to avoid them deducting payment he said it should be manager told me she cancelled ..Well they tried to take my payment today from my account.$170..Called again spoke to Blanca she said manager is not in...I let her know I cancelled a week ago and called again yesterday to ensure it was canceled and was told yes ..I was then told "I dont know what to tell you manager is not here"...I told her the situation and once again I was given the run around..Then I was told it will be cancelled by 2pm???So NOBODY ever cancelled my order yet getting attitude from this individual...I told her luckily there is no funds in my account right now but it's BS that they didn't do it a week ago when I originally cancelled.. I had to call 3 times and still was not given a definitive answer😡😡They blame other employees saying well idk who you spoke to instead of apologizing for the inconvenience...Mind you I spoke to a gentleman yesterday and he said Christie took care of it ..I asked again if it's definite he replied yes I think so...I'm so frustrated by the lack of consideration and professionism at this store!!!!My bank keeps getting notifications of them trying to still get payment!!DONT RENT ANY FURNITURE AT THIS LOCATION MUCH LESS ONLINE ITS ALL FALSE ADVERTISING AND A HASSLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christie is a good store manager. She goes out her way to To make sure your experience goes the best at all times and the employees there are the best I recommend this store 100% we have been a customer since 2016 everything always has been great

My mom has been a customer since 2009 on and off and she's paid off items and has received both terrible and great service . Kristi has lied about pricing as well as failed complying in a professional manner. She over talks you as well as fast talks about products on pricing when you purchase item she tries to explain in another form of sales . She BEGGED ME TO PURCHASE FROM HER !!! And out of good faith and past transactions I thought she was really for the customer unfortunately my mother was right SHE'S A SCAM ARTIST ! We will not be returning here no longer due to her bad customer service. The store had roaches as well. During delivery: my wall was even damaged I'm very particular about my walls . Who likes dirty or damaged walls.
