I’ve been renting from them for years, and their customer service is excellent—especially with the current team. Nelson, the manager, is very friendly, as are Orlando and Brenda. I recently went to rent another item and was reminded why I’ve kept renting from them. I’ve read the reviews and don’t understand why people say such negative things; I’ve concluded that those are just customers who don’t want to pay or are trying to pull a fast one, because at that location, they are incredibly helpful and everyone is very kind.

These people act like thugs. I was walking through my apartment complex and noticed all these red flyers on my neighbors door and their chair was turned over onto the front of their door. Whatever you do, do not miss a payment with these guys or they will ransack your front porch. Completely unprofessional and possibly illegal.

Jeremy and Agustin did an amazing job installing my washer and dryer today they where really fast and clean water started to come out the washer and I was extremely surprised they asked for the mops and started cleaning everything before they left thank you so much for your service definitely will be purchasing more items from this store

Longpoint Rent a Center Is the only place you want to go for fast speedy service from the manager to iis workers all are spectacular. A very special thank you too Jeremy and the manager for the best ever expirnve I ever received from any of the sture in over 49 years . Thank you both so very much

I came here recommended by a friend she been with them for many years and she tells me their good people they work with me just in case I ever needed it, everything was good the person that attended me that day was very nice his name is Orlando,when it come to my first payment I did don’t have the money they tried reaching me but everytime they would call I was at work and when I get off they where closed so when i final talked to them I talked to the store manager over the phone not once did I tell him I was not going to make a payment all I said was I don’t the the full payment but can I at least pay you something he was very rude and even threading with the law from my experience you need to work with your customers and in situations like this you loose customers no I don’t recommend anybody to this place at the end of the day I was going to pay he just did not work with me and I enredes up losing money
