They are a horrible money hungry company. I told them when I was going to my my payment he told me no and said he would pick the bed up and still charged me even after I did not want the bed. The staff is full of liars as well. The service is 0/10. Only thing good was the bed. Horrible rent a center they do not run a business of any sort correctly.

I just read someone's review about them not harrasing you about being a day late I call bull, because that's not true if you aren't able to pay on the due date they will tell you have to pay or they will come and get your stuff!! Or they will try and make u pay something! I would try and see if they would give me a few days they said no too and that was the store manager ANGEL and someone name Erica, Lenard is understandable and a nice guy but manager and other lady nope .

Excellent place the manager here is understanding and goes out her way to go out and beyond they don't harras u if u are a day late on payment communication is the key with them highly recommended them

I have rented a new Volcano Washer and Dryer unit for about a year during weekly automatic drafts from my bank account. Six weeks ago my dryer stopped working and i called the store to get the dryer replaced. For two weeks I was told by the manager and assistant that they had been looking for a replacement dryer by calling other locations they also stated they could bring me a different dryer i opted out of that because they scratched up my wood floors on the 1st Delivery. i was told they would find me something within a week and set up a day and apologized for the inconvenience but later that day when i called back to see about the day and time they would have something deliver they started do details yet so i asked to cancel the contract and for the unit to be pick up asap. Its been 3 weeks no one has came to pick up the unit on the scheduled days and i have since financed through a different company. This is ridiculous they are still taking payments as well on a weekly basis. The ethics and moral compass of the team at this location is something less to be desired.
