Store hours are not as listed on google. Came at 9 but had to wait an hour. Mon-sat 10-6 Sun closed Please update

Did application online, paid for item online unloaded verifying documents it said I was all set , called store 1st time they said they was taking a payment took my number waited on call back never happened I called back again the next day 3/25/26 , guy informed me oh yea we don’t accept the document you submitted for address verification we don’t accept anymore I said but the website says what documents yall accept government documents are 1of them his response is yea they working on updating it on line but we only take this 4 types of documents even though it says something different online I said ok so how does the contract get cancelled cause it’s too many red flags & how do I get my money back & cancel the contract he said oh yea I can see it o line & u didn’t pay anything I said excuse me I can pull it up in my bank I did pay oh we can see everything online & you never made a purchase u did the 1st week free promo I said but I still have to pay $1.85 he hung up on me my bank account better not get charged & im gonna look up who is the district manager cause that’s ridiculous

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS! Very very unprofessional especially manager Edward i will be reporting this office to BBB they were not attentive at all! Basically did not try to resolve issue instead tried to send me to a store that is not near my home! They need a whole new staff in this store i was able to go to Arron’s and get product with no problems! Don’t go there it’s a waste try Aarons

If you are a good repeating customer DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE CAUSE EVEN IF YOU HAVE GOOD HISTORY AND PAID OFF ITEMS FROM RAC THIS OFFICE WILL NOT HELP YOU OUT AND MAKE YOU PUT DOWN 3WKs for each item instead of the promised advertisement. But not all RAC are bad because after this office pullled that bullshit another one on Spencer hwy seen my great payment history with them and did not hesitate to help me and got me the products I wanted that was advertised. Make the calls the stores first always just so you know if these store are for themselves of the customer this store failed miserably! I would recommend the Spencer RAC by feista the manager and employees will help you as for this one will try to break you.

Wish I could give no stars but it ain’t possible unfortunately. I wouldn’t do business with these people if they were the only nearby furniture store. Management is unprofessional and interrupts the customer as they’re trying to make their statement heard. They charge the client when the appliance doesn’t show up on time. Also make charges before the due date and try justify over and over that it was due. You are better off looking for your furniture or appliances through online or any other in person furniture store. You can at least guarantee better customer service.
