Rachel is simply amazing. I enjoyed working with her from start to finish the process took about a week from visiting their website to delivery Rachel made magic happen! She’s super personable and has amazing customer care. She’s a superstar!

very bad Experience of my life the manager is so rude & disrespectful I called the store one day and ask can I get a extension She got so rude talking about well u will to make a double payment are I will have them come pick up the stuff today Ms. Renee is one of the rudest manager I ever met in my life. She heartless and she don’t care about other people financial problems. I never do business with Rent-A-Center again in my life I will never tell anyone to go do business with them in my life because they not a Company to do business with because never in my life I seen a TV go from $700-$1500 one’s u finance it 😡😡😡😡

Was trying to get some merchandise on a black Friday promotion, the store never called I had to call them several times. Was hounded for a payment for JANUARY and we haven't even entered December. The black Friday promotion is no payment until December 13th. Why am I still being hounded for a payment for January? She didn't even explain anything. Awful location, have never had any problems with any promotions at other locations. Never again.

Placed an order online - received several calls from employees to offer sets that were available in store. Not once did they mention that there were additional steps that needed to be taken. The managers calls some weeks later to advise the order needed to be completed and no furniture was even in transit to the store. I’ve been waiting a couple of weeks now thinking new furniture is on the way and literally nobody mentioned completing the order. I’m assuming the manager is who I spoke with and she seemed to have a hard time in taking accountability on her teams lack of follow through. Yes, thanks for reaching out now - but not the order is furthered delayed because of your teams negligence. I don’t recommend doing business this with location at all.

Very bad experience I had came in filled out application got approved no one never returned my call I had to call them a couple of times they were answering the phone telling me they would call me back …finally got in contact with a guy named Peter he finalized my application….he asked me what I had wanted to get he said eventually that had already been sold but from the beginning I had went on and picked that item out because it was available…so over the phone he said he would get me something similar to what I wanted ok the filers guys came and dropped off some thing that look like it came from a resale shop I was very disappointed I had them take it back then one of the delivery guys said I’m a assistant manager…that’s something that I would of never said to a customer after u just delivered some bull crap to their house looking like that I will never in my life refer no one to rent a center at all buyer beware
