Avoid this store at all costs. I've never dealt with a business that treats customers this way. The moment you're behind on a payment, the harassment begins. Constant calls, texts from random numbers, and messages asking if you're home followed by statements that they're coming for you . The employee who contacted me refused multiple times to identify themselves, refused to identify themselves When I asked a simple question, they ignored it and became defensive. Their communication was so unprofessional that I honestly thought it was a scam. The most shocking part was being told they would "love to cancel" my account. Imagine a business openly telling a customer they would love to get rid of them.

I don’t know Why I do business with Rent-A-Center I knew they were a piece of CRAP! I wanted to buy me a washer and dryer The worst mistake EVER! They tried to sell me a broken washer. The washer started to make a loud sound, When the washer begins to drain and spin! This problem started the moment they delivered the washer and dryer. I called and spoke with the manager Michael. He always gave me a runaround said they were coming to fix it never came. Always pretended like he didn’t remember what happened when I’ve already told him Repeatedly! This is WHY I’m returning this piece of crap of washer and dryer TODAY! I will never do business with a Rent-A-Center 😤

They are horrible. I’ve reached out to customer service to make a complaint and I’ve still yet to hear from them. I don’t have an account that is delinquent with them. They call and harass you, everyday!!!!!! Even a few hours if payment hasn’t been received. For me, specifically, it’s $83. I cannot believe how I’m being treated for that! They even come to my house once a week!!!!!! It’s getting very extreme and uncomfortable!!!!!!! I’m a woman and these are men!!!! One time, the manager there got so upset because I was upset it was 7pm at night and he sent people to my house. When I called and complained, he wouldn’t even answer the phone. Kept letting the phone ring! I called the next day and was blocked! They are super unprofessional and they need to have a better system setup! They need a whole team! I’m fed up with this place and I promise I will NEVER use them again once I’m finished!!!!!! Wish I would have read the reviews! Update: I just want my store changed. Called corporate twice. No one has called me yet. Second update: still no call from the district manager. I’m still stuck with this store! Third update: still no call from corporate but I’m almost done so I’ll be through with them before I know it.
