Ms. DENISE lacks a standard of customer service. I over heard her talking about another customer, while I was on the phone with one of their employees doing a pick up. Please take your money elsewhere.

Very rude and hostile keeps on pressing the issue of payment won't give me time to get the money together. Head lady of the store sent her employee and he was non professional very rude even made fun of me teasing me. Didn't even want to give them a 1 star but do not get anything from Rent A Center cause they will try to press charges after missing just one payment like with me. Mainly was Jeannie pressing the issue so much and not understanding being compassionate to me trying the best that I can to pay but when you keep on harassing me that's when it crosses the line. Update Jeannie just called my new number harassing me for money for the payment I said no because I'm financially struggling now without a job but she don't care cause after that all she said was okay and I hung up on her. That's very unprofessional considering she threatened to press charges on me even when I told them where their merchandise was and still wanted me to pay instead of them going to pick up the item before it was sold. So yeah not my fault.

I have been doing business with this Rent-A-Center for over 10 years rented items and paid them off. Jeanie the store manager is AWESOME and has truly been a gift from God for me! She has been compassionate and concerned and worked with me when I had a stroke and was hospitalized..she has gone above and beyond to work with me...The staff has always been professional and helpful..I started using this store when they were on Scott Street and I have no complaints...
