worst customer service ever from “manager” travis.was extremely rude & didn’t try to help at all, as walking out he continuously tried to argue.

Juan was really helpful but unfortunately I didn’t want the bed anymore so I call on Tuesday at 10:00 to cancel everything and my delivery the guy who I spoke with was ok I will refund the money it will take 3 to 7 business day No refund at all and they still try to take out the payment on Saturday….

Liked it but was running late for wrk and didn't have as much time as it actually took to get anything done..I plan to go bk soon though when I'm not in a rush.
