This is by far the worst Rent A Center I have ever dealt with the Store Manager has a huge ego complex and feels as though he can speak to customers arrogantly and nasty. He is definitely not suitable to work in customer service because his attitude is horrible when conversing with customers...simply disrespectful!!!

Great experience! Latrice and Chuck were welcoming, patient, and provided excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. They greeted us with a smile, took the time to answer our questions, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout our visit. The atmosphere was friendly and professional—definitely a place I’d recommend to others!

I was going to rent a refrigerator from them due to mine going out, expected a call at 11 today, did not receive the call. I reached out via text got an odd return text saying what you live do you have a lease in your name? First of all I had already stated I own my home, so I call, the apparent store manager, tells me you know I have a way of verifying that. Apparently no one has clued her into the fact that HCAD, is public info to everyone. Her rudeness and unprofessional tone is beyond me. I wouldn’t give them a dime! Learn to speak correctly, show some respect.

The customer service is terrible, they make you feel as if you are beneath them and that people don’t fall on hard times. The dryer doesn’t come with a hose and the only response was well you only put down a penny certainly you can afford to purchase 1 and put it on yourself….I can’t imagine they would treat their mother or father the way I was treated and talked to. Chuck you have no customer service etiquette and everybody only response is it’s in the contact. You guys have to do better. I will never in my life recommend them or return my business to any location‼️ A JOKE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
