*Update* I did originally escalate my ongoing issues to corporate. However, Alexis, Jessica and Cordarius at this location had it resolved within 48 business hrs. I received replacement equipment and everything is working well! Finally able to complete laundry easily and efficiently due to their quick response, resolution focused actions and professional service! Thanks to all involved for getting the job done.
