I've been a customer for many years this location gave bare minimum customer service and wasn't helpful at all. Would not recommend this location

These people are very unprofessional my daughter who has been with them in the past without any problems ordered a washer and a dryer and because they was negligent and wasnt doing there job after taking her money was rude to her and never would bring her her merchandise but had her money for at least two weeks then talk trash when she asked where her washer n dryer. Then called their corporate office and lied to cover themselves. Should be out of buisness taking peoples money, being rude because they feel they can because people like my daughter who paid off her first mrchandise uses Rental centers if i could give them a zero i would. And they cheated her she paid 64.00 and they gave her 49 back but i told her to not worry about it and leave from up there. Treating people that way isn't right but i guess thats the Rental centers way of conducting business.

Horrible they brought a broken washer that wasn't supposed to be sold then took it back to replace didn't deliver the next day so I call only to be told they don't service bishopville an my order was cancelled but they took the time to let me sign an agreement in thinking about filling a civil suit

Communication isn't the best when it comes to arrangements and agreements I had a promotional payment arrangementn didnt knw i had to callto use it i feel like if its on the agreement at purchaseit should be automated but had i known i wid hve done my part...great staff and great deals tho on many items hopefully communication gets better over time

We were dealing with Max due to a financial hardship we have experienced because I had to have emergency surgery and have been out of work since February. Max ensured us, multiple times that we would be good to delay our payment from 4/1 to 4/15 and there would be no late fees or additional charges. Then 4 days prior to that date he notified us that we had to pay full amount owed or our items would be collected. We have been a good customer with 0 payment issues for almost 2 years - this was unexceptable behavior and business practice. However we are preparing to pay what we can to get our account current. Hopefully someone will work with us rather than against us.
