They're not even open yet. It's 8 in the morning and I just got off work after a 12 hour shift. No good morning no hello just "your account is past due (one day), what are you going to do about the payment?" Even mentioned to her well you could have started off with good morning. My card was locked but I made my payment with no problem. The store manager called and gave an apology and a better understanding of the process and I havent had a problem since. Other than that encounter, easy process, great prices, and great furniture. I love my sectional.
