Don’t fall behind on your payment and expect for a payment arrangement. You better be better be prepared to make the full payment that you owe the store will not work with you whatsoever.

We will never do business again with this furniture store. Buyer beware... We purchased our furniture on November 19, 2025. We were promised that it would be delivered before Christmas. We were moving into a new home and needed furniture for the Holidays. We did not receive it until after the New Year. When it arrived there were visible staples on the table top and visible defects on the base. Spoke to store while delivery guys were present and a new base and top were promised. 2nd top and base arrived a few weeks later and base was better but top looked like someone dragged it across a surface with a big scuff mark resulting. Also another scratch on top of table. Again spoke with someone at the store and promised another top. 3rd top delivered February 13, 2026 also having defects. Decided to keep as it was the best out of 3 but still very unsatisfied. We will never purchase from here again and would not recommend anyone else ever buying from here.

I purchased a recliner from this company and couldn’t be more pleased. They have a great selection, including several mechanical and powered recliners. I was looking for an affordable, quality power recliner for my aging parent something comfortable but not dated and this fit the bill perfectly. The service was excellent as well. Greg Byrd was very helpful, answered all of our questions, and there was absolutely no pressure during the process. Tip: When you go to pick up your purchase, you’ll go to a different warehouse location, where staff will help you load the furniture. The chair itself is comfortable, looks great, and works flawlessly for my mother. Setup was very easy and less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend! Their prices are affordable and very competitive. We found it lower than many of their competitors. It’s worth the a stop to see what they have. We were very happy!

So I ordered a washing machine from the errands in Johnson City and waited exactly one week for delivery and on the day of delivery they informed me that they wouldn’t be bringing it because they did not have employees to do so. I then called the Greeneville store and they delivered the very next morning. Very happy with them thank you so much guys!!!!

Asked them to go get property after a serve failing out with spouse and they allowed him to keep with my remaining balance so he gets to keep all that money I spent. Which is ridiculous. I will be in contact with attorney

This store is so unorganized it's ridiculous. I went into the store 2-3 weeks ago to place an order to refurnish my new home. I ordered a bed, dresser w/mirror and an nightstand for my son and a washer/dryer. My son stuff was delivered, rails were broken, a chest dresser was also delivered which is something I did not request. Once my stuff was delivered, I called Aaron's regarding the extra chest and I was told that it was on my agreement. A couple days later, I received a call stating that it was accidentally delivered, I mentioned to them before when I made the first phone call. Moral to the story, this Aaron's is very unorganized for it to be a business. These will be the only furniture/appliances I will ever get from this Aaron's. GOOD LUCK to you future customers. When I walked in this furniture store, I was just like a kid in a candy store. There was so many beautiful things that I loved and wanted it. I was really just looking for a pair of lamps to go with my bedroom suit found the two that I loved Brought them home put them on my tables and the rest is history.

Greg was our sales person. He introduced himself to us as soon as we got in the door and not just that he already had 3 or 4 customers. Certainly does well at his job amd very well mannered. Git in in and out in hardly no time again even having 3 or 4 customers.

I just moved to a new apartment due to a divorce recently. It was very hard for me and I was sleeping on a blow up mattress. I got in touch with Moe and Furniture Marketplace because I knew I would be taken care of. I was able to get a bedroom set, a living room set, and bar stools so very quickly. The deal was great but the quality of service is what I valued the most. If you treat people right they will do the same. I talk to Moe and his team with respect and in return they bust their butt to get the job done. Love this store!!

This Aaron’s have been very professional when you call and ask questions, and or have orders. It’s also nice to know that you can get information about anything with no attitude! Micheal is very sweet and has a lot of patience, Ben is amazing as well, and Jamal was a good help!
