Don’t fall behind on your payment and expect for a payment arrangement. You better be better be prepared to make the full payment that you owe the store will not work with you whatsoever.

So I ordered a washing machine from the errands in Johnson City and waited exactly one week for delivery and on the day of delivery they informed me that they wouldn’t be bringing it because they did not have employees to do so. I then called the Greeneville store and they delivered the very next morning. Very happy with them thank you so much guys!!!!

Asked them to go get property after a serve failing out with spouse and they allowed him to keep with my remaining balance so he gets to keep all that money I spent. Which is ridiculous. I will be in contact with attorney

This store is so unorganized it's ridiculous. I went into the store 2-3 weeks ago to place an order to refurnish my new home. I ordered a bed, dresser w/mirror and an nightstand for my son and a washer/dryer. My son stuff was delivered, rails were broken, a chest dresser was also delivered which is something I did not request. Once my stuff was delivered, I called Aaron's regarding the extra chest and I was told that it was on my agreement. A couple days later, I received a call stating that it was accidentally delivered, I mentioned to them before when I made the first phone call. Moral to the story, this Aaron's is very unorganized for it to be a business. These will be the only furniture/appliances I will ever get from this Aaron's. GOOD LUCK to you future customers. (EYE ROLL)

I ordered from Aaron's online .I went through so much miscommunication on their part that is ridiculous and I didn't even have the furniture yet. So I talk to the manager he was cool and he fixed some things I needed him too then when i Finally got my bedroom set it missing bed rails so my bed is on the floor smh lol I called them they said an extra $7 to my bill or $104 cash for rails so my Experience with Aaron's Has Been Frustrating to Now Funny Because who gets a bedroom set with no rails but it's cool
