I REALLY WISH I COULD LEAVE LESS THAN 1 STAR. The support is HORRIBLY unprofessional, they come in and to install at whatever time they want (not the eta they give you), they damaged my floors and continually left my front door open when I asked them to close it several times (deadly allergy to bees + 2 dogs and a baby live here), and best of all if you don't pay them by 8am they call you 6 times and send that creepy old dude to bang on your door and look in your windows for an hour. Funniest part is, Ive never missed a single payment and they still act like this. My neighbor uses them as well and my door camera caught the old dude looking on her windows. My mistake was starting an agreement with the same center a month later out of an immediate need. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, USE ANYONE ELSE. When I tell you that this is the worst service I've ever seen, ... Just read the other reviews. Don't walk into their trap like I did where you're forced to deal with their shitty attitude and horrible service. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told my couch would be delivered today only to recieve a phone call saying that the one I was confirmed with was out of my approval price range and it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get one in and delivered!! What bs and a complete waste of time! Now I'm without a couch due to selling mine because they had already confirmed everything. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone!

VERY unprofessional! I paid for a Playstation 5 to be rented out and texted them and called them to see about when i can come pick up for what i PAID for… I called once just to be told i’d get a call back shortly after being on hold for 5 minutes. After 3 hours i called back to check up on my order and I tried explaining what i did and it was like one ear and out the other. The lady told me to send 2 pictures of my paystubs and 3 contacts outside my home. After i did I STILL didn't get a text or call, until i told them just give me my money back… Then they felt like responding right before they closed and I haven't heard anything back… Wouldn’t recommend this place to a garden gnome if he wanted to rent a rake!!
