If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told my couch would be delivered today only to recieve a phone call saying that the one I was confirmed with was out of my approval price range and it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get one in and delivered!! What bs and a complete waste of time! Now I'm without a couch due to selling mine because they had already confirmed everything. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone!

VERY unprofessional! I paid for a Playstation 5 to be rented out and texted them and called them to see about when i can come pick up for what i PAID for… I called once just to be told i’d get a call back shortly after being on hold for 5 minutes. After 3 hours i called back to check up on my order and I tried explaining what i did and it was like one ear and out the other. The lady told me to send 2 pictures of my paystubs and 3 contacts outside my home. After i did I STILL didn't get a text or call, until i told them just give me my money back… Then they felt like responding right before they closed and I haven't heard anything back… Wouldn’t recommend this place to a garden gnome if he wanted to rent a rake!!

It’s very stressful to know your supposed to get a new bedroom suite delivered on your only day off and then get told because the manager is out of town til Friday for a meeting they can’t do deliveries so it will be for the following week. I’m only off 1 day during the every other week - thinking about switching to another company-

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I have Been waiting on my sectional for almost 3wks now. Have set up 3 appointments to have it delivered and still no sectional. And they had the nerve to send the delivery driver out to my house Saturday to repo a couch that I never received. I also have been receiving calls everyday for 2wks for non payment. They are finally suppose to bring it tomorrow around noon but we shall see 😩
