There is no way I would recommend anyone to use these people…. Reasons 1). They will continue and deliberately harass phone calls using spam numbers 2). Like earlier they called my home looking for someone else wanting their money and demanded to speak with their debt not understanding common sense as to what they are being told I can keep on and on with reasons against them from dealing with them…. If your smart go to Charles furniture or any of the other places but leave these people alone

This location is hands down the best Aaron’s location ever! I recently paid off my dryer && still remember the day I walked in the store. I was helped by an employee named Jimmy who took the time and care to help me find a dryer in my price range and even helped me out with a pre-owned discount. There were so many options available and upon request, he went into great detail about all of the various choices he had available for me. I cannot express how amazing of an experience it was for me and will always recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable option with GREAT customer service. I went from spending triple at the laundry mat to one low bi-weekly payment. They were also able to deliver it to me even though I lived a couple of towns away! And the delivery guys were professional and went above and beyond as well. Definitely worth it!

Just had a great experience here. We were looking for a new sectional couch. They had a nice offering of choices. Stacey was very helpful, and was patient as we went over their selection. Never felt pressured. My family and I ended up deciding without being pushed in any direction. Decided on a lovely leather sectional. A body size mirror for my wife’s makeup room. My daughter and her significant other chose a really nice faux rabbit rug, and a nice micro fiber sectional for their living room. Financing was easy and quick though I feel I wasn’t offered the best financing based on my credit score though I could be wrong. We sat/laid on everything. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you Badcock! Update 11-30-23 My furniture has been delivered and assembled. The installers Smoke, and Happy did a great job. Very clean and efficient. I could not have asked for more. They were kind enough to leave the cardboard for me to recycle, and even brought it to my backyard. Had everything assembled and cleaned up in about 40 minutes. Thank you!

I am an existing customer having used their financing several times. Local store called me to let me know my CL had been raised to $4400. I need a generator, so I went to the store to get the 5500 watt gen they have on sale. Computer said they needed to resubmit my credit app... What? OK. I was then denied for Badcock financing, and was offered AFF financing. I declined. Little bit of bait and switch maybe? The store staff were confused as well and apologized but this took three hours out of my day. I doubt I'll go back. I don't blame the local store or staff, this is corporate level, but it definitely effected my experience and loyalty.

Very helpful staff. Great selection of good furniture. Great prices. I'll be back when we redo our den and kitchen. They also carry appliances for prices that match the big box stores.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Such nice folks and the prices are unbeatable. They were very patient as my 2 small daughters, husband, and I wondered the store and looked at nearly every recliner and sofa before settling on a reclining sofa. It came in quickly and we were able to pick it up, get it home and it was super easy to put together.
