I've purchased a refrigerator, paid it off n now have a washer n dryer. I have good credit with them, wished they'd report it to credit places like they do if you miss a payment.ive never had any issues, staff is friendly. Have good picks of furniture. I'm looking at a mattress next but not anytime soon thank you Aaron's

Went into Aaron's looking for a dented or pre-leased washer/dryer set. They were able to get me one and deliver the same day. That night there were some MAJOR issues with the set. I called the next day and Chad went above and beyond to make it right! Most definitively a great first impression!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a professional from Aaron’s store #C0289 here in Anderson, SC, for my new move. Her personality immediately engaged my interest- so refreshing! I just had a good feeling about her, like she was really wanting to see my perspective. She was very knowledgeable, but wasn’t afraid to ask questions on my behalf to her supervisor. Jessie’s professionalism was impeccable, and her courtesy untouched. I spoke with her supervisor, Jimmy, and he was also very helpful and entirely present. Another, just really good human being. It is so great to work with real professionals. Kudos to whomever brought Jimmy and Jessie to the team. They both represent the brand with a forward momentum that is pretty admirable. This location is hands down the best Aaron’s location ever! I recently paid off my dryer && still remember the day I walked in the store. I was helped by an employee named Jimmy who took the time and care to help me find a dryer in my price range and even helped me out with a pre-owned discount. There were so many options available and upon request, he went into great detail about all of the various choices he had available for me. I cannot express how amazing of an experience it was for me and will always recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable option with GREAT customer service. I went from spending triple at the laundry mat to one low bi-weekly payment. They were also able to deliver it to me even though I lived a couple of towns away! And the delivery guys were professional and went above and beyond as well. Definitely worth it!
