I have been renting from this exact location for the past 7 years and I've never had any issues up until recently. When they hired on this new associate I almost never wanted to call the store for new products or questions because every time I called it almost seems like she was annoyed to help or never sounded happy to assist me with anything that I need an assistance with. Which sucks because I've definitely enjoyed renting from this location and Andy was always very helpful.However this is an example how one person can really put a damper on the whole entire store because of her customer service I don't want to be associated with this location anymore I would rather go somewhere where the workers are always happy to help and never make you feel like you're a bother to them. I truly hope that other people are having better experiences with the specific associate but as for me I have not and I rather take my money somewhere else.

Great. Loved the PlayStation 5 bundle definitely recommended to anyone who doesn't want to pay more then $300 all at once but like making small payments weekly or biweekly until it's payed off

I have known Andy for over 20 years ( since he was a rookie) never has he ever shown me any disrespect..I have gotten many things from the rent a center and not one time have they ever disappointed me...great customer service and quality products!
