I had a computer that was rented to me for the same price deal that was being sold. So I purchased the deal paid on it sometimes late yet I finished the payments and got no certificate or a chance to rent anything else or the promo I was supposed to get... So no I'm not giving no awesome review... At this point I feel renta center sucks.

I had unpaid accounts they went to my home when I wasn’t there another family member let them in the home. Once there they took some of their merchandise back but also took a tv I had rightful ownership of and told them to verify the serial numbers before removing from my property which they refused to do at this moment they are threatening me with civil and criminal charges but they have my property knowingly and haven’t returned it to my home

I’m a long time customer and mostly satisfied. I think early payoff should be cheaper. But I was One week late on payments after years of paying off purchases and a year into the current lease. Suddenly they started harassing my referral people I listed way back years ago. One being my ex girlfriend 🤬

Customer service is not the best. Their system had a terrible mess up and I was getting called every other day claiming that I didn’t pay bills which I paid. I’ve never been once late. And they’re literally on the phone saying wow that’s not true you didn’t pay so so and so but yeah, I have proof on my side. Eventually they work their system out to show that all my payments were on time and at that they were all early and they had to put their foot in their mouth This is a terrible experience and I will never do this again I am paying off this laptop, and I will never buy anything from this company again.

Was to deliver furniture, but never came. I even called before my appointment time to confirm. No call to say they can’t deliver or will be late. Just a sitting here while my boyfriend kindly waits to let them in as I was unavailable. A call would have been nice. Amendment: the store took very good care in fixing the issue. Their staff was always friendly on the phone and very appreciative of my business.
