I bought a portable dishwasher from them. They didn’t give me the right wheels for it. Whenever I move it the wheels fall out. It’s a PORTABLE dishwasher, and it was brand new. Still had the plastic on it. Why did I pay full price for something I can’t move? I called them to try to get the right wheels. They said they don’t have access to get me the right ones…. So the real question is why are they charging full price for an appliance with faulty parts!?

Chris and his team were EXCELLENT in handling my order from the time I placed it til the actual delivery. Everything is exactly what they promised and anything I didn't understand- Chris took the time to explain. I wasn't expecting to get my stuff delivered so fast:))). I highly recommend! Eesh

I love the people at RAC. They're honest and I LOVE that! I ask a question and if they don't know the answer, they say that and proceed to help me find the answer I'm looking for!! After my items were delivered and a week gone by, my washer started leaking and I called to ask them to come look at it. I didn't expect immediate results, but they came out THAT VERY SAME DAY!!! Talk about prompt!! I really do appreciate the friendly and fast service!!!

Some of the best staff I have ever experienced. Got a PS5 on a deal.and I'm loving it. Needed a washing machine, they had it, we got it. Very good staff, helpful, and caring. They are aways upbeat and happy, love doing business with RAC.

Lied to me about the refund policy, and refused to refund me the item before delivery. Admitted to making a mistake, and took zero action to remedy that mistake. Behaved like sharks. Disappointed, and will never do business there again. I recommend everyone avoid this company.
