Was supposed to have a couch delivered today so I took my old couch outside and then it decided to pour. Meanwhile they never called to tell me that our couch delivery was canceled so now I’m without a couch for who knows how long since I can’t use my old one. They want to charge you an arm and a leg for their items but they don’t give a crap if they deliver the ones you paid for or not!

RAC is very helpful, smooth deliveries and very nice employees. Update: Store Manager left and the store has gone down hill on Cumberland. Do not recommend anymore.

Always easy ordering and normally the people are great except the one on 9th street dude named Gary watch out for him he’s very unprofessional took my phone after we talked about the payments and didn’t wanna give back my SIM card

I've been with them for 15 years and I've gotten alot off things for my home. Gary and earl are the best. I've recently learned Gary no longer works there and I'm sad to see him go. 1 if the best sells people I've ever met. There will never be another thank you for all you have done.
