Well here it goes I am over paying on tv that I have been stuck paying on since 2023 because of the earl manger crew from this store. Was told nothing that could be done with that when Edwin jay started working there they said they couldn’t do nothing about that so here I am sitting paying off over a thousand tv still to date and won’t be off until next year. Got Ashely chair from these people the chair ended up breaking a spring popped out which was not my fault. And it was used ounce again. Well got a new one and was talking with a family member out in Michigan she like is the foot rest titling to the one side I said yup why she said the same thing was happening with her recliner sofa from Ashely themselves. Well I called the store told them what was going on spoke to jay he like yup cheap parts let me see what I can do so I guess they spoke to Chris the district manger of this store he like nope not doing nothing with it because the costumer sleeps in it if she wants it repaired it’s going to cost her 600.00 dollars to get fixed not paying so Ivan lift the chair up her down or anything because of the foot rest. Not not even 3 months ago I needed a phone after for 3 months of fighting with Verizon and apple I finally called the store and spoke to jay told them what was going on. He like yup on it let me see what we can do well they pulled iPhone 16 from another store that was used again. He like the costumer didn’t want no more now however. In the meantime in the last 3 weeks the phone was shutting down on its with the battery being at 40 Percent. And all sudden I didn’t have any cellular bars because I went to make a call it says call failed. Last Friday the phone needed to be updated so I did the update well all sudden the same thing happened no data bars went to make a phone call couldn’t so I shut off the phone and let it off for hour turn back on the same thing. Now to remind you I was not looking for to calling this store today I was literally dreading it. Because I just made a big huge call to customer service regarding this store and how rude people are on there and the so forth. Well I called today spoke to some guy up there because now finding out carols no longer works there either I am like great so all new people ounce again all over. There like Bring the phone in I am going to talk with manger about swapping it out see that you have payed bunch it all ready sure have let’s not mention all these other accounts I have which to remind you just payed in a whole month of another payment on this phone not including my Apple Watch that I can’t use. Well get up there they have no idea what there doing do it no trouble shooting on the phone nothing. The guy I spoke to on the phone says well we can’t do nothing because the phone is about ready to be payed off well he like take to the Apple Store I said go luck with that one well call Verizon I said good luck with that one. I said if I am on this phone and is carrying this phone then it should be replaced until it’s payed off. I said what is the scene of having insurance if u guys are not fixing or replacing anything. Well the this snub of manger works up there comes out of her office. At this point like what was the point of coming in nothing is going to be done. And being told what was told to be before the guy even went got her. She comes out in attitude of way says what is going on I said I got this from the people working at this couple months went to the whole thing with her. She like it shows up have no connection I said well yeah that’s what I have been trying to say it’s there is no mobile data I can’t make phone calls nothing only using Facebook messenger when I am connected to my internet. She like well Verizon is having problems with towers I said well that’s Funny because of all my other lines are working perfectly fine including out state lines. I said when I trouble shoot the phone it shows that there is a hardware issue on of the so now I am waiting for another person to call the store back since it should have been not sold for being used

Item was paid off several items were paid off they would not get rid of the benefits thing for $6 and something had to call corporate even corporate gave me a hard time beware of them

Good deal on merchandise. Most staff are friendly. They do try to meet you half way if circumstances allow such. Staff for the most part is friendly, upbeat, respectful, and diligent in their duties.

I have been coming here like 5 years now. I absolutely love this place all my paid off furniture came from here!!! Julie is absolutely the best !! Attentive, understanding and exceeds in all aspects of her job !! Thanks Julie you the bestest 🤍

Carlos and Jay are excellent. They are helpful and kind and are willing to try and help and make things work if you hit a rough spot. So far I am enjoying doing business with them. I had worked with Rent A Center many years back and I am glad that I came back to work with them again and that they have another excellent set of employees that work there again.
