Tyler is so polite and knowledgeable. These days, it's hard to find someone who cares enough to be able to answer financing questions. 10/10 love this location but 20/10 Tyler is the only one I'll deal with. Plus, free ice cream was nice today xD
Tyler took care of me at the Newark location after I had a bad experience with the heath store. He made sure I was always due on the correct dates and made everything easier for me. He is a great person to have helping people like me, he's very patient and actually listens to my concerns and answers all my questions
They were great! Super friendly and professional! Our washer and dryer didn’t fit but they tried every possible way.
Tyler L & Chris were amazing even in this heat! Worked so hard and maintained pleasant attitudes! Tyler B was also so incredibly helpful! Great company to deal with!!!!
Blake and Chris were here to look at my washing machine today. Unable to fix it on the spot they were able to get me a replacement the same day!! Must appreciated gentlemen!
Very nice and helpful staff in store when we were deciding what tv we wanted. The employees who delivered and helped set it up were also friendly and helpful. We will be using rent to own again and definitely recommend this location to others.
