I had a long way to walk home and I stopped into rent a center, 30 minutes later, I left with an e bike for 29 dollars a week. I can bring it back and cancel any time. its like a subscription to conquer walking, and its cheap. the bike they gave me is pretty fun too

Literally had to click a star to leave a review. This place is very unprofessional they love to harass customers threw VM saying you owe a payment when in fact you DO NOT! Some young kid with long hair that works there is very rude doesn't know how to speak like an adult none of them communicate and none of them know how to do their job properly. I transferred my account over to Heath that's how much I can't stand this place. Audrey was very friendly, very fast and very professional as they should be. She in fact shown me that we we're caught up in payments and no one could understand as to why Newark rent a center was trying to charge us when it wasn't even time for a payment. Will be forwarding all the harassing Vms to the BBB. Please do not do business with these people you will regret it later. Go over to Heath!!

I love these guys! I've been a customer since 2020! Easy payments. They are attentive to all questions and concerns. I make gift cards and deals all the time! So kind to everyone!
